They're my new favorite things. Think Puerto Rican tostones, but crunchier and thinner, and they come in a bag from the store.
I thought they were going to be sweet. I'm so glad I was wrong.

me too! me too! I L-O-V-E the tostones chips. my mom gets them at liborios in so-cal, so you can still enjoy them when you return.
plantain chips are good. they sell 'em at the tiendita on the corner.
I think some granma who is chained to a stove makes the tasty treats.
they are sold in clear plastic bags with one staple for safety, and a sticker on the outside listing the ingredients. banana, oil, salt.
